Where does our data go, and is it used for training?
Data residency and processing terms are agreed before any work begins. Where providers allow it, we use terms that exclude your data from model training and confirm them in writing.
Should we fine-tune a model on our data?
Usually not as a first step. Grounding a strong model in your own content with RAG gives current, sourced answers at lower cost. Fine-tuning suits narrow, high-volume tasks.
